Francy has been cultivating coffee for seven years on her two hectare farm in southern Huila. She and her husband, Gilberto, are both from coffee-growing families, and their passion for excellence is clear in the cup.

This washed Pink Bourbon was floated after harvest, fermented intact for 12 hours, de-pulped, fermented again in mucilage for 24 hours, rinsed, and dried on raised beds inside a parabolic solar dryer.
