We’ve always believed that any coffee we serve should be one we would be thrilled to drink, and although decaffeinated coffees rarely have much variety from regional or larger shareholder blends we hold the same standards for these decaffeinated coffees as we do our regular lots.  Fortunately, the partners we work with at origin hold the same excitement for uniquely special, quality decaf coffees as we do.

Not only are we excited to offer this 100% geisha lot, but this lot comes to us comprised of material from sought-after producers José Martínez, Argemiro Hoyos, Olimpo and Gregorio Calderón, and Pilicarpo Yossa.  This lot was decaffeinated using sugarcane derived ethyl-acetate at Descafecol in Manizales, Caldas, Colombia.
