Located in a biodiversity-rich tiger reserve in the Western Ghats, Ratnagiri has steadily built a reputation as one of India’s most forward-thinking farms. This lot showcases the vision of Ashok and Divya Patre, who through their expertise are working to elevate the experience of Indian coffee broadly within the world of specialty.  This DH11 lot, a catuaí, was placed into their custom-built bioreactor in order to carefully manipulate and monitor the fermentation of this lot before being pulped and dried slowly on raised beds for 24 days.
