Proyecto Cabañas from Honduras brings depth of spiced cocoa and a sweetness remeniscent of warm buttery holiday cookies. This naturally processed coffee from Mohamed Aba Nura brings candied orange peel and sweet stone fruit, while this Chiroso variety from Santiago Caro punctuates the bright, red berry notes and refined acidity of cranberry.

Together, these components create a cup that is warm, inviting, and complex – a perfect companion to shared stories, cozy evenings, and treasured moments with loved ones during the winter festivities.
